How do I invite team members and assign access licenses to my Crystal team?

Invite Team Members

To invite new team members to join your Crystal organization, please head to your Organization settings page here and click on the "Invite Members" button to see the invite options;

If you have the Groups feature enabled, you'll be able to select the Group you'd like the invited member to join. 

You can then select to invite the team member by sharing a unique invite link or by sending an invite email from Crystal to the invited team member. 

Once invited, team members will be prompted to create their Crystal account, join your Crystal organization, and complete their DISC assessment. Once their accounts and assessments have been created they'll be listed on the Organization settings page in the Members section and in the Profile Library

If your invited team member has an existing Crystal account, they'll be prompted to accept the invite to join your organization and will not need to create a new account or retake their assessment(s). 

Manage Team Members

To manage team member's access, click on "Manage" next to the team member you'd like to edit. NOTE: The access levels listed for each member will be determined based on what features your organization is currently subscribed to.

To remove team members from your Crystal organization, click on "Manage" next to the member you'd like to remove, and then select "Remove From Organization". Removed team members will still have access to their own Crystal account and profile and any profiles or information they had access to previous to joining your Crystal organization. 

NOTE: User management is currently only available for subscription holders. If you'd like to add a subscription to your account, just head to our Upgrades page here to view the options.
