The Crystal Personality Map displays each of the 16 DISC personality types on a visual Map or Wheel to help you describe and compare people's personalities.
Crystal's Personality Map, or sometimes referred to as the DISC Wheel, places each of the 16 DISC personality types on a visual diagram for an easy visual aid.
The Personality Map has quadrants for each of the core DISC types: D, I, S, and C and segments within each quadrant for each subtype.
The distance people are from the center of the Personality Map refers to their intensity. Profiles that are closest to the edge of the map are the most intense, while profiles closer to the center are the least intense. When someone has a strong intensity in their personality, they are likely to mostly exhibit traits associated with their type. If someone has less intensity, they may be more likely to exhibit a mix of traits from other types, as well as their own.
For example, this person, close to the center of the map, is likely a less intense Planner (Sc) than those who are closer to the outside edge of the map.
On the other hand, this person is an intense Driver (Di), since they are near the outside edge of the map. They likely exhibit most traits associated with the Driver (Di) personality type.
