How it works
Step 1 — Take your personality assessment
Before understanding others, it’s helpful to understand yourself. Crystal’s online DiSC assessment is quick (under 5 minutes) and gives you personalized insights into how you think, work, and communicate. These insights lay the foundation for building stronger connections with others.
Step 2 — Connect your calendar
Crystal integrates directly with Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook to automatically sync your meetings into the app.
To connect your calendar:
Go to Settings (bottom-left of the app), then scroll to Personal Integrations and follow the prompts to connect your calendar.
Once connected, your Meetings dashboard will populate with upcoming meetings—complete with participant insights and communication tips.
Step 3 — Receive daily lookahead emails
Each morning, Crystal will send you a daily digest email highlighting your upcoming meetings. These emails include:

Does the Meetings App work on mobile devices?
Yes! The Meetings App is fully mobile responsive, so you can access insights and reports seamlessly from your phone or tablet via your web-browser. We do not have a mobile app.
Does Crystal Meetings App work with meetings not on my calendar?
Not currently. Our Meetings App only works with meetings that are scheduled on your calendar. Future versions will include the ability to manually add meetings that are not on your calendar.
