What is Crystal's purchase and cancellation/refund policy?

Crystal Individual, Premium, or Premium+ Subscriptions

Cancellation Policy

All monthly billed Crystal Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Once you cancel a monthly subscription you will no longer be billed for it and your access will remain until the end of the current monthly billing period. 

All annually billed Crystal Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Once you cancel an annual subscription your access will remain until the end of the current annual billing period and you will no longer be charged for the subscription.

To initiate a cancellation request, please reach out to us at hello@crystalknows.com. Once your account has been located we can assist you further with cancellation and will provide a cancellation confirmation email upon successful subscription cancellation. 

Refund Policy

Monthly billed subscriptions and Crystal Individual ($49/user/yr) subscriptions are non refundable.

All other annually billed subscriptions (besides Crystal Individual) may be  eligible for a refund if cancellation and/or refund is requested and your associated account is located within 7 business days of the annually billed subscription purchase or renewal. In this case, we can offer up to a full refund, pending review of subscription usage.

Cancellation and/or refunds requested after 7 business days of the annually billed subscription purchase or renewal are not eligible for a refund. 

NOTE: All Crystal subscriptions (monthly & annually billed) are automatically set to auto-renew each month or year starting with date of purchase. To request to change your subscription to non auto renew, please reach out to billing@crystalknows.com. 

Crystal Business or Enterprise Contracted Subscriptions

If you'd like to cancel a Crystal Business or Enterprise subscription, please reach out to us at hello@crystalknows.com for assistance. Purchase terms and subscription cancellation will be subject to contract terms from your initial service agreement.
