All grandfathered monthly billed Crystal Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time (Note: If you've purchased a monthly billed subscription after 8/1/2024 your subscription is subject to an annual term and will be treated like an annually billed subscription under this policy). Once you cancel a monthly subscription you will no longer be billed for it and your access will remain until the end of the current billing period.
All annually billed Crystal Premium subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Once you cancel an annual subscription your access will remain until the end of the billing period and you will no longer be charged for the subscription.
To initiate a cancellation request, please reach out to us at hello@crystalknows.com. Once your account has been located we can assist you further with cancellation and will provide a cancellation confirmation email upon successful subscription cancellation.
If cancellation and/or refund is requested and your associated account is located within 7 business days of the subscription purchase or renewal we can offer up to a full refund, pending subscription usage. Cancellation and/or refunds requested after 7 business days of the subscription purchase or renewal are not eligible for a refund.
If you'd like to cancel a Crystal Business subscription, please reach out to us at hello@crystalknows.com for assistance. Cancellation will be subject to contract terms from your initial service agreement.
NOTE: All Crystal Premium subscriptions are automatically set to auto-renew when purchased. To request to change your subscription to non auto renew, please reach out to billing@crystalknows.com.
