Crystal for Virtual Meetings, compatible with Google Meets and Zoom (available on Zoom marketplace), brings individual personality data to life during meetings. It effortlessly displays key insights like DISC type and communication tips on your participants' video feed, offering invaluable real-time meeting guidance.
How it works for Google Meets
When you activate the Virtual Meeting Integration in Crystal’s Chrome Extension, Crystal matches each participant to a viewed profile in your Crystal account. When a match is found, their personality type is displayed as an overlay on their video window.
When you have our Chrome extension installed, Google Meets seamlessly integrates with Crystal.
How it works for Zoom
1. Navigate to Zoom App Marketplace: Head to the Zoom App Marketplace to download the Crystal for Zoom App. Click the 'Add' button to begin the installation process.
2. Download Crystal: Once redirected to Crystal's website, simply click the 'Download' button to proceed with the installation.
3. Grant Permissions & Launch Zoom: After returning to Zoom, choose your preferred permissions and click 'Allow' to seamlessly connect Crystal and Zoom.
Then, launch Zoom to activate the integration!
4. Log in to Crystal within Zoom: Once Zoom is launched, access your Crystal account directly within your Zoom dashboard. In the Zoom meeting, click your Zoom Apps > Crystal for Zoom to access it.
Crystal Tip: If you encounter issues with two-factor authentication, try clicking on the "..." button and then select 'refresh app'.
5. Start or Join a Meeting: To access it within Zoom, simply navigate to your Zoom Apps and select "Crystal for Zoom." From there, you'll gain valuable insights from Crystal about active meeting participants in real-time, enhancing every meeting experience!
*NOTE: You must be the Zoom meeting host or co-host to use the Crystal for Zoom app.
