Crystal for Teams gives you access to every team member’s complete Crystal profile, Playbook templates built for teams, and custom Playbooks for any communication scenario.
With Teams, you’ll have access to the complete profiles of your coworkers, including in-depth analysis and description of their personality types with DISC, Enneagram, 16 Personalities, and Big Five, as well as their strengths and values. Within Profiles, you’ll also have access to personality comparisons, communication insights, and more.
All Coworkers live within the dedicated Coworkers page under Crystal’s main dashboard menu > Teams.
With Teams Playbooks, gain personalized guides for various communication scenarios between two or more coworkers. Leverage Crystal’s pre-existing templates, or build your own to understand how to communicate with different coworkers in different situations, such as working together, running meetings, and resolving conflict, and more.

The Teams tool also includes the Team Builder on this page here. This tool allows for building customized Team groups and then to generate content around this group. The tool is dynamic and can be edited as your Teams grow and change.
