How are profiles created?
Profiles on Crystal can be created by A) a user signing up for Crystal and filling out a personality assessment or B) analyzing a person's writing style as well as certain attributes from public information to identify the most likely DISC type.
Does Crystal read and/or store my emails?
No, Crystal does not have access to your emails.
Can you make your profile private?
Yes, you can change the settings here to make your profile available to just your co-workers, or just yourself.
