To delete your Crystal account:
- Go to your Account Settings (in the dropdown under your name in your Crystal dashboard).
- Select the Security section from the left side menu
- Click on "Delete Account"
This option will deactivate your account and you will no longer be able to login. If you have a subscription associated with the account the subscription will also be canceled. If you'd like to reactivate your account, please reach out to us at hello@crystalknows.com
If you'd like to have your account or information permanently deleted, please reach out to us at hello@crystalknows.com to submit an information deletion request.
