How do I create a new Crystal Job?

Create a new Crystal Job within the Crystal Dashboard by uploading a job description, using a previous candidate as the job benchmark, or by duplicating an existing Crystal Job.

 

Follow the steps below to create a new Crystal Job.

  1. Navigate to Crystal Jobs from Crystal's main dashboard menu > Hiring > Jobs.

    NOTE: If you don't have access to this menu item, you might not have access to Crystal Jobs. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager OR Crystal Support for additional help in getting started with Crystal for Hiring.
  2. Click the button "+ New Job" in the top right-hand corner of the page (below the page navigation and header).
  3. Name your Crystal Job, add in the company name, and paste in your job description without the boilerplate--i.e. leave out any "about Crystal company" sections.

  4. If you don't have a job description you can use a previously hired candidate to use as a benchmark OR duplicate an existing Crystal Job.

  5. Click "Create Job".
