How do I add candidates to a Crystal Job?

Follow the steps below to add candidates to your Crystal Job.

1. Navigate to Crystal Jobs from Crystal's main dashboard menu > Tools > Jobs.
   
   NOTE: If you don't have access to this menu item, you might not have access to Crystal Jobs. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager OR Crystal Support for additional help in getting started with Crystal for Hiring.
2. Select the Crystal Job you’d like to add candidates to by clicking anywhere on the row.
   
3. Scroll down to the Candidates box to access the options via the "Add Candidates" button.
   
4. From the pop-up modal, you can add candidates by A) searching for already predicted profiles, B) sending email invites through Crystal, or C) by generating a shareable link to the Crystal Job Assessment that you can share out manually.
   
5. Alternatively, you can also utilize a universal invite link for the Job that can be shared universally instead of individually. To access the universal invite link for your Job, click on the 3-dot button at the top right corner of the Candidates box;
