How to connect, configure, and use automated Pre-Meeting Intelligence insights through your Google Calendar.
Crystal is pleased to announce the integration of its services with Google Calendars. This integration enhances users' meeting preparedness and productivity by providing timely reminders and essential information about scheduled meetings.
Integration Process:
To connect Crystal your Google Calendar, users can follow these simple steps:
- Logon to your Crystal Account.
- Visit the following link: https://www.crystalknows.com/app/calendar-integration
- Click on "Connect your Google Calendar".
- Sign in with your Google account for the calendar you'd like to connect.
- Click "Allow" to enable access to your Calendar.
- If you ONLY want to receive Pre-Meeting Intelligence for meetings where all attendees share your email domain (i.e. @crystalknows.com), change 'Internal Only Meetings' to 'Yes'. The default setting is 'No'.
- If you do not want to receive Pre-Meeting Intelligence for anyone outside of our organization, set 'External Meeting Emails' to 'No'. The default setting is 'Yes'.
