The Candidate Expectation Survey is the portion of the Hiring tool that allows for collaboration in analyzing Candidates or the Job Expectation.
The Candidate Expectation Survey on the Job page beneath the Candidates box is designed for internal use to allow other stakeholders in the hiring process for the role to provide input into desired traits or duties for the role.
Completed surveys will factor into the overall Ideal Personality Profile for the Job automatically.
To invite other stakeholders to complete the survey, just head to the Job page in question and click on "Invite to Take Survey".
All completed surveys will be listed in the Candidate Expectations box and can either be deleted or hidden from the overall Ideal Personality Profile by clicking on the "X" or eye icon.
