What is the Stakeholder's Candidate Expectation Survey?
The Stakeholder's Candidate Expectation Survey is the portion of the Hiring tool that allows for collaboration in analyzing Candidates or the Job Expectation from internal team members.
The Stakeholder's Candidate Expectation Survey on the Job page next to the Overview section is designed for internal use to allow other stakeholders in the hiring process for the role to provide input into desired traits or duties for the role.
Completed surveys will factor into the overall Ideal Personality Profile for the Job automatically.
To invite other stakeholders to complete the survey, just head to the Job page in question and toggle over to the Stakeholder's Candidate Expectations section;

From this section, click on "Invite to take Survey" to send the survey to another internal stakeholder who's feedback or input you'd like to collect to factor into the overall Job DISC type to be compared to Candidate profiles.
All completed surveys will be listed in the Candidate Expectations box and can either be deleted or hidden from the Job Overview by clicking on the "X" or eye icon.
