Open your [Meetings dashboard](https://www.crystalknows.com/app/meetings?utm_campaign=11333280-%5B2025%5D%20Crystal%20Meetings%20Launch&utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz-_Hi16Q7tbsMcx6CLKs0d2bdqmTLcT1vvov2KI8_ZDne2nt-xX-GyW9SaMiGbGKOWjL8u5g). 2. Click **Connect my calendar** ⚙️ *(or click on the* ⚙️ *icon on the right of 'This Week')* 3. Choose Google or Outlook and grant permissions. Once connected, your Meetings dashboard will populate with upcoming meetings—complete with participant insights and communication tips. #### Step 3 — Receive daily lookahead emails Each morning, Crystal will send you a daily digest email highlighting your upcoming meetings. These emails include: - A summary of each participant’s DiSC personality type - Tailored communication tips to guide your conversations - A direct link to your Meetings dashboard with detailed participant profiles for deeper insight **Supported Calendars** - **Google Calendar:** Available for all users. - **Microsoft Outlook:** Admin approval may be required depending on your company’s setup.   --- ### Frequently asked questions (FAQs) #### What types of insights does Crystal provide for meetings? Crystal provides DiSC-based personality insights with actionable suggestions on how to approach, communicate, and navigate interpersonal dynamics with meeting participants. #### Does Crystal Meetings work on mobile devices? Yes! Crystal Meetings is fully mobile responsive, so you can access insights and reports seamlessly from your phone or tablet via your web-browser. We do not have a mobile app. #### Does Crystal Meetings work with meetings not on my calendar? Not currently.  Crystal Meetings only works with meetings that are scheduled on your calendar. Future versions will include the ability to manually add meetings that are not on your calendar. #### How secure is my data with Crystal?
