How do I use the Profile Library page?

If you're not using the Crystal Chrome Extension or are unable to download the extension, you can also create personality profiles through your Crystal Dashboard from your Profile Library page here (People > Library). 

There are a few options for creating profiles on this page.

  • Add by Email Address: By inserting a person's email address, we can look through our system or scan their public profiles, generating a DISC profile for them based on publicly available information
  • Add by LinkedIn URL: By analyzing their professional profiles, Crystal can generate a DISC insights relevant to the workplace and their career based on information available on the LinkedIn profile
  • DISC Assessment Invite: Get the most accurate possible personality profile, by inviting people to take the Crystal DISC Assessment. Once completed the results will be visible for both the assessment taker and the inviter
  • HubSpot Sync: Automatically enrich your HubSpot CRM with personality data
  • Salesforce Sync: Automatically enrich your Salesforce CRM with personality data
  • Crystal for Chrome: Download the Crystal Chrome Extension and utilize the extension to create profiles

To create profiles from the Profile Library page, click on the "Add New Profiles" button towards the top right of the page. 

All profiles created will be listed on your Profile Library page. If you need to manage assessments sent via the DISC Assessment Invite, head to the Profile Library page and click on "See More" in the Assessment Requests box towards the bottom right of the page.
