Crystal’s tag feature allows you to group people as you predict their personality. For example, if you’re analyzing profiles of prospective customers on LinkedIn, you can add a tag to their profile, indicating that they’re a prospect, customer, or someone else.
To use this feature on the Crystal Dashboard, just visit the person’s profile. The coworkers, customers and candidates pages also allows you to sort people by tag. To do this, click “Filter”, then click “Tags” to select which tagged group you’d like to see.
You can even create Playbooks based on your tags. Just go to the Playbook builder, click “select by tag” under profiles on the left side, then choose the tag you want to use for your Playbook. People under this tag will automatically be included in the playbook you create. Once you select the tag, you template options, based on the number of people to be included in the Playbook, will show up on the right side.
