      How do I remove the HubSpot CRM integration?

      You can remove Crystal's HubSpot integration through HubSpot's Integration Settings Page.

       

      Follow the steps below to remove Crystal's HubSpot integration: 
      Note: you'll need the correct permissions in HubSpot to access integration settings and to complete the uninstallation. If you're not a HubSpot Super Admin, check with your Admin for the correct permissions.

      1. Log into your HubSpot account (at https://app.hubspot.com).
      2. Navigate to the Settings page.
      3. Navigate to Integrations > Connected apps.
      4. Find the installed Crystal integration and click More > Uninstall.
      5. Confirm you wish to uninstall the integration in the pop-up modal by typing "uninstall" in the text input and clicking the "Uninstall" button.
