How are Crystal Personality Profiles created?

Crystal Personality Profiles can be created with our Chrome Extension on LinkedIn, results from our DiSC Assessment, or by Adding a Profile directly from your Crystal account.

Our Chrome Extension uses AI to analyze a unique combination of publicly available traits found on LinkedIn profiles, such as job titles, industry experience, skills, interests, and other relevant information.

DISC ASSESSMENT

Our free DISC assessment works on a predictive model derived from millions of responses collected from our proprietary DISC assessment. Crystal's DiSC Assessments are well-validated, reviewed, and completed by thousands of people every month.

ADDING PROFILES VIA LOGGING INTO CRYSTAL ACCOUNT

After logging into your account at crystalknows.com, you can add profiles directly from Crystal.

You can either:

  1. Send a DISC assessment to an email address from the Profile Library page
  2. Input a business email address from the Profile Library page
  3. Paste a LinkedIn URL to the Profile Library page
  4. Add a team member to your organization from the Organization Settings page

*NOTE: A profile credit is used once a personality profile is created through any of the ways listed above.
